Guillaume holds a college diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DEC), a bachelor's degree and an engineering diploma in automated production engineering. He has dedicated his expertise for many years to both IDÉAL Fût et Gaz and MCED, the company he co-founded, where he also leads production.
Thanks to his versatile background, Guillaume has developed deep expertise in refrigeration. He also stands out in the field of industrial design, creating innovative solutions tailored to specific business needs.
His advanced knowledge of fluid mechanics is a strategic asset in developing and optimizing production systems. Guillaume plays a key role in implementing efficient and sustainable processes, ensuring high-quality production for the company’s clients.

Mathieu Castonguay
Co-president at MCED, Mathieu holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a certified professional engineer. He also earned an MBA and oversees the company’s financial management and research and development.
His academic background includes specialized training in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics. Mathieu brings solid experience from the private sector, especially in the field of fabricated metal manufacturing. He has worked for a company specialized in industrial equipment protection, repair, and maintenance. His expertise covers advanced processes such as welding, brazing, and thermal spraying.
